Refund Policy - CTK Helmets
At CTK Helmets, our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our products. In the event of any dissatisfaction or need for a return, we have outlined the conditions for refunds below.
Conditions for Refund Request:
- The customer may request a refund and begin the process within 5 (five) business days from the receipt of the product.
- The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use, damage, or alterations.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals (if applicable).
- The refund request must be made directly with our customer service team by sending an email to ctkhelmets@gmail.com with the order number and a description of the reason for the return, or by sending a message to our WhatsApp.
- The customer must complete the return form that CTK helmets sends to them.
Refund Processing:
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original purchase, within 30 (thirty) business days from the confirmation of the product's return.
- In the event that the payment was made via credit card, the refund period may vary depending on the card issuer.
Return Costs:
- Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer after the first purchase, except in cases of shipping errors or product manufacturing defects.
- After the time limit has passed, the label will become invalid, and there will be a 25€ fee to generate a new one.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy:
- Refunds will not be possible for personalized products, or for products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or modifications made to the original product.
Exchanges:
- For exchange requests, please contact our customer service for guidance on the process. The conditions for exchanges follow similar rules to those of refunds.
